All drivers must have a valid driver's license in their possession to rent a vehicle. No copies or faxed licenses will be accepted at any time. The original license must be presented, and must be in the name of the driver. The renter’s driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period. Current home address (not P.O.Box), a current home phone number, and second contact phone number (cell or business)An International Driving Permit (IDP) serves only as a translation of a valid driver’s license. An IDP must always be presented in conjunction with the official drivers’ license of the issuing country.
Blue Oval Car Rental will not rent to a holder of a license that restricts them to daytime driving only or to business driving only.A learner’s permit is not accepted. A valid temporary license is accepted with supporting ID. Expired licenses will not be accepted

International drivers welcome. We DO ACCEPT foreign drivers license from many countries, and of course all international licenses are accepted. Please call Blue Oval with any concerns. Drivers with foreign licenses, must bring their passport, AND visa. If you are living in the USA whether permanently or temporarily, you must also bring with you proof of where you reside. This might be a telephone bill or a pay stub. We must be able to identify your place of residence while in the USA. These requirement are due to homeland security issues. If you are staying with family or friends while in the USA, you must supply us with their address and valid telephone number. Thank you for your cooperation

Blue Oval accepts debit cards with a Visa/MasterCard logo as a form of
financial responsibility at the beginning of the rental.

- Debit cards may only be used for rentals of economy through full-size cars (E-FCAR)
and mini-vans (MVAR). (Exception By Management only Please call for Full Size 12
and 15 Passenger Vans)

Customer debit card must have available sufficient funds to cover the cost of
the rental plus a security deposit of $350 in order to secure the rental

- Upon returning the vehicle and an audit of fuel and vehicle damages, Blue Oval
will credit the unused portion of the deposit subject to the renter bank procedures.
This credit may take up to 3 days to 2 weeks to be processed by the renter bank.
Blue Oval is not responsible for any returned checks or over-drafts based
on this policy.

Debit card users must meet the following requirements:

Airport location renters must present:

- A round-trip airline ticket, e-ticket, or travel itinerary from the airport of rental that shows a return date and the renter name. The name must match the renter driver license Non-airport/in-town location renters must provide one of the requirements listed below in order to rent:

1. A current copy (within the last 60 days) of the renter cellular phone bill,home telephone bill, bank statement or utility bill that shows the renter nameand current address. The name and address must match the driver license;

2. OR, renter owned vehicle information including state and number of license
plate, make, model and year of vehicle; and, proof of liability insurance that lists
the renter name and current address. The name and address must match the driver
license.And Still We reserve the Right to Refuse Your Rental if the management is suspicious
or can not get enough security to protect our interest and our insurance company
interest.
